Prof. Avv. (Lawyer) Giuliano Palma, born on November 22, 1976, completed his university studies at the prestigious University Federico II of Naples, immediately starting his professional career.<\/p>

After having collaborated with several Italian law firms, on November 30, 2004, he successfully passed the bar exam, qualifying as a lawyer.
His professional activity was initially carried out from his home, later moving to a rented office, and eventually establishing his current office in the Parco Onoria, located in the financial and business centre of his hometown, Giugliano in Campania (Na), a town with over 120,000 inhabitants, just 10 minutes away from Naples International Airport.<\/p>

Today, his activity extends across Italy, with another office in Puglia, in the town of Apricena (Fg), as well as English-speaking countries, with a central office in London (UK) and German-speaking countries, with an office in Frankfurt on the Main.
Since April 2020, he has been authorised to represent clients before the Court of Cassation and other superior jurisdictions.<\/p>

Throughout his career, he has held various roles, including:<\/strong><\/p>

  • External Legal Consultant (C.L.) and\/or Head of Legal Department for several companies (SMEs) and associations, both in Italy and abroad (International Business Lawyer);<\/li>
  • Appointed by the Government of the Italian Republic (Ministry for the Implementation of the Government Program) for studies in Corporate Law (July \u2013 December 2005);<\/li>
  • Accredited as an international law firm for NATO employees and their families in Italy since 18\/07\/2012;<\/li>
  • Holder of a specific agreement with the Universities Suor Orsola Benincasa and Orientale of Naples, as well as Link Campus University in Rome, for internship and training activities at his law firm;<\/li>
  • Full Professor of Ecclesiastical Law at Shepherd International University \u2013 Como;<\/li>
  • Contract Professor from 2013 to 2023 in International Contract Law at the Specialisation School for Legal Professions (SSPL) and the PhD Program in Legal Strategy for the Development and Internationalisation of SMEs at the University Suor Orsola Benincasa of Naples;<\/li>
  • Director of ALSOB seminars \u2013 Jurisprudence 2017-2018 of \u201cInternationalisation of Legal Professions\u201d and \u201cLegal Ethics in the Internationalisation of Legal Professions\u201d at the University of Suor Orsola Benincasa of Naples, Italy;<\/li>
  • Vice Coordinator of the International Law Commission of the Bar Council of Naples Nord, 2018-2019;<\/li>
  • Coordinator of the Ecclesiastical and Canonical Law Commission of the Bar Council of Naples Nord, 2019-2021;<\/li>
  • Former Lecturer in Ecclesiastical Law at the C.C.E. of Catania (Sicily) (September \u2013 October 2007), and supporter of UNICEF and AIRC.<\/li><\/ul>

      He was the Legal Consultant for relations with Religious Confessions in the Municipality of Trentola Ducenta (Ce) from 2007 to 2011. He has been the Legal Consultant for the publishing house EPAMEDIA and A.E.B.I. (Italian Evangelical Baptist Association) since 2005.<\/p>

      He served as National President of the Probi Viri of IM \u2013 ITALIAN MINISTRIES from 14\/12\/06 to 31\/08\/11.<\/p>
